THE WESTERN ISIS TECHNIQUE: FUND THEM, TRAIN THEM, ARM THEM AND KILL THEM

ISISTechnique1THE WESTERN ISIS OR ISIL TECHNIQUE: FUND THEM, TRAIN THEM, ARM THEM AND KILL THEM

by Syarif Hidayat

The western countries – The United States, The United Kingdom and Israel – technique for Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) or also known as Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) groups of fighters (terrorists) involves funding them, training them, arming them and killing them after they are no longer worth using strategically for the western ploys against Islam and Muslim World or the groups they are creating and arming start to backfire against their creators, trainers and financiers.

US Secretary of State John Kerry says the United States provides the so-called moderate militants fighting against the Syrian government forces with $ 40 million in urgent aid. “I’m happy to announce an additional 40 (m) million dollars in immediate assistance for the opposition and this includes more than 15 (m) million for communications equipment, vehicles, food, other essential items for the opposition and as well as more than 25 (m) million to support the civilian opposition as it works to build the capacity of governing,” Kerry said.

President Obama has said it is planning to train and equip anti-Syria militants. Earlier Obama asked Congress to authorize $500 million to train and arm the militants. Critics say that Washington has been behind the creation of terrorist groups like ISIL in the Middle East region. They also said the western coalition members are financially and militarily supporting the ISIL Takfiri group.

Motorists know that if a fire breaks out at a petrol station, you cannot put it out by spraying it with gasoline. But according to recent reports, it seems the American president isn’t that smart. It was reported that Obama is asking Congress for $500 million for the so-called Syrian rebels. Apparently he does not realize that the problem he says he wants to solve – ISIL terrorists overrunning Iraq and Syria – was created by the US and its allies’ funding of the Syrian insurgents. Throwing more money at the “Syrian rebels” would be throwing gasoline on the fire.

ObombathumbThe “Good Rebels” and The “Bad Rebels”

Obama, of course, doesn’t see it that way. He claims that he has finally learned to tell the difference between the “good rebels” and the “bad rebels.” According to the Associated Press, “administration officials say the U.S. has grown increasingly confident in recent months about its ability to distinguish the moderate rebels from the more extremist elements that include the al-Qaida-inspired Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIL, which has stormed into Iraq and captured much of the northern part of the country.”

These administration officials are tacitly admitting that the US has been “inadvertently” arming ISIL – a vicious terrorist group that was expelled from al-Qaeda for being too extreme. They want us to believe it was a mistake. If those administration officials are right, Obama should be impeached for incompetence. Allowing American dollars to build and grow ISIL, even by mistake, would be a blunder of colossal proportions.

But was it really a mistake? Many credible reports have emerged that the US has been intentionally funding ISIL. This week, investigative journalists found strong evidence that the CIA has trained and armed ISIL terrorists at a secret base in Jordan. While Press TV and other alternative media outlets are covering these revelations, the mainstream Western media has suppressed them.

So these US administration officials are lying when they tell us: “In the past we were inadvertently funding ISIL, but now we have figured out who they are, so we won’t give them any more American taxpayers’ money. We promise to hand the next $500 million to other groups.” Such a claim is preposterous. In fact, the US has been behind the rise of ISIL all along. And if Congress is stupid and evil enough to approve Obama’s request for another $500 million, ISIL will get the lion’s share of that, too.

In reality, there are no viable “moderate Syrian opposition” militias. Yes, there are some mostly-imaginary groups created by US taxpayer dollars and run mainly by exiles who have not set foot in Syria for years, decades, or even generations. Such nonexistent “moderate Syrian rebels” are just a scam for defrauding the US treasury and hiding the reality of who is really getting those US taxpayer dollars. The “moderate US puppet rebels” have virtually no support in the region and no meaningful military presence.

InfoWarsThe US is playing a double game

The destabilization of Syria and Iraq has been almost entirely accomplished by extremist Takfiri terrorist groups. The two biggest are ISIL (the ultra-extremist terrorists) and the al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra front (the merely extremist terrorists). These are the people who will get most of the $500 million Obama wants to send to Syria and Iraq.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki apparently understands that the US is playing a double game: Pretending to oppose ISIL, while covertly creating and supporting it. That is why al-Maliki has decided to buy used fighter jets from Russia to fight ISIL, rather than wait for the long-promised US jets that may never arrive. Al-Maliki recognizes that by refusing to deliver aircraft, the US had intentionally set the stage for ISIL’s invasion and occupation of northern Iraq: “We shouldn’t have just bought U.S. jets, we should have bought British, French and Russian jets to provide air support. If we had air support, none of this would have happened,” al-Maliki told the BBC.

US Army Colonel Steve Warren, a Pentagon spokesman, responded by claiming that the US was sending fighter aircraft purchased by Iraq “as quickly as possible” but they wouldn’t arrive till fall. Apparently the US is not in any particular hurry to help the Iraqi government prevent its dismemberment by ultra-extreme terrorists.

If we are to believe the American government, it seems to have armed ISIL far more efficiently “by accident” – and for free – than it is able to arm the Iraqi government intentionally even when the Iraqis are buying military equipment at market prices. Perhaps al-Maliki should ask the US to accidentally send him some free fighter jets.

What explains this bizarre, two-faced US policy? In a word: Destabilization. The real US policy goal is to hamstring, cripple, dismember and destroy Middle Eastern nations. The destabilization doctrine is set by the Zionist lobby, which dominates US Mideast policy. Israel’s desire, expressed decades ago by Oded Yinon, is to have the countries of the region split up into balkanized sub-units. So the Zionist-driven US creates and runs extremist groups like al-Qaeda and ISIL. These groups attack and destabilize Middle Eastern countries in an effort to split those countries apart. They also provide a pretext for US intervention in the region.

So the US government is using the hyped-up threat of the ISIL extremists to throw more money and weapons at – who else – the ISIL extremists. It is only pretending to try to put out the fire by spraying it with gasoline. In fact, it knows perfectly well that it is committing arson, while dressed up in the uniform of a firefighter. If the American people ever figure out what their government is doing, it is Washington, DC, not the Middle East, that will burn to the ground.

35_ISIS-300x231The US and allies create ISIL to confront Hezbollah

A retired US general has acknowledged that Washington’s allies created the ISIL terrorist group to confront the Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah. Retired general Wesley Clark, who was the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000, made the revelation in a recent interview with the CNN.

“ISIS got started through funding from our friends and allies,” Clark admitted on Tuesday, using another acronym for ISIL. The only group that will fight Hezbollah is ISIL because they are “zealots” and resemble a “Frankenstein,” he said. General Clark did not specify exactly which US allies were involved the creation of the ISIL. But he said the terrorist group is part of a strategy to destroy Hezbollah with an army of extremists.

Clark is known for his critical comments regarding Washington’s war plans. In a book published in 2003, he said the US is pursuing a campaign of wars that already started in Iraq and later include Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and finally Iran.

The ISIL terrorists, many of whom were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, have seized large parts of territory in Syria and around one-third of the territory of Iraq. They are engaged in crimes against humanity in the areas under their control. They have been carrying out horrific acts of violence such as public decapitations and crucifixions against all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.

The US ‘promotes’ ISIL terrorist group

ISIS is CIA croppedThe United States has “promoted” the ISIL terrorist organization through the CIA, which is “arming, training and funding” the group to overthrow the Syrian government, a political analyst in Florida says.
US President Barack Obama “has done nothing other than promote ISIS,” said Tim McClellan, president of the Political Strategist corporation, using another acronym for ISIL.

“The problem is created by the CIA in our country by arming and training and funding the rebels in Syria to overthrow the [Bashar] al-Assad government,” McClellan told Press TV. “Obama has sat back and essentially said nothing about” ISIL’s crimes in Syria and Iraq, including “selling body parts from people that are still alive,” he added.
Republican Senator John McCain attacked Obama for having no strategy against ISIL, saying the terrorist group is winning.

“ISIS right now is winning,” McCain told CNN. He added that Obama has “no strategy to degrade or defeat” the terror organization. “We need to go after them. We need to have more boots on the ground. We need a no-fly zone. We need to arm the Free Syrian Army. And we need a coherent strategy that can be presented to the Congress,” McCain said.
The Arizona senator made the comments following recent terrorist attacks in France that left several people dead and injured.

Ironically, the senator’s remarks come as Western powers and their regional allies – especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Turkey – are supporting the militants operating in Syria. The ISIL terrorists, who were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, now control large parts Iraq and Syria. The terrorists are engaged in crimes against humanity in the areas under their control. They have terrorized and killed people of all communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.

23f5c4ca-ed0e-4915-a763-9ea5a168acf0CIA, MI6, Mossad Behind Violence in Syria

Kurt Nimmo in his article titled “Arab League Report Provides Evidence CIA, MI6, Mossad Behind Violence in Syria” published in infowars.com, writes Excerpts from the Arab League observers’ report on Syria make it clear that the establishment media is only telling part of the story and exaggerating violence by the al-Assad government and its police and military.

The report mentions an “armed entity’ that is killing civilians and police and conducting terrorist attacks targeting innocent civilians. Casualties from these attacks are attributed to the al-Assad government and used to build a case against Syria in the United Nations. Rebels in Idlib, Syria. Evidence reveals they are supported by the CIA, MI6, and Mossad.

According to the Arab League report, the “Free Syria Army” and “armed opposition groups” are responsible for many of the killings. In January, it was reported that MI6, the CIA, and British SAS are in Syria working with the Free Syrian Army and the Syrian National Council to overthrow the al-Assad regime. The Free Syrian Army is widely recognized as a creation of NATO and is funded, supported, and armed by the United States and Israel.

The report lends credence to reports filed in November of last year by journalist Webster Tarpley, who visited the Middle Eastern nation.
“What average Syrians of all ethnic groups say about this is that they are being shot at by snipers. People complained that there are terrorist snipers who are shooting at civilians, blind terrorism simply for the purpose of destabilizing the country. I would not call this civil war – it is a very misleading term. What you are dealing with here are death squads, you are dealing with terror commandos; this is a typical CIA method. In this case it’s a joint production of CIA, MI6, Mossad, it’s got money coming from Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates and Qatar,” Tarpley told RT.

Tarpley said the United States is pushing a “bankrupt model of the color revolution, backed up by terrorist troops – people from Al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood” and the objective is “to smash the Middle East according to ethnic lines.” Excerpts from the Arab League observers’ report make it clear “that there is widespread violence on both sides, but that the opposition and the Western media have exaggerated the violence and casualties inflicted by government forces,” writes Nicolas Davies for War Is A Crime blog, formerly After Downing Street.

“The UN has stopped accepting casualty figures claimed by the opposition, and has frozen its “official” estimate of civilian deaths at 5,400, without acknowledging that this may already be highly exaggerated,” Davies explains. “This is not yet a bloodbath on the scale of Libya, where even the new government admits that at least 25,000 people died in the NATO-led war. Syria could follow the Libya model though, if NATO and the GCC keep providing weapons and military training to the Free Syrian Army and are prepared to beef it up with special forces on the ground, and as long as the UN approves a no-fly zone to provide cover for another 9,700 air strikes.”

The establishment media put the number of dead between 1,000 and 5,000. The International Criminal Court, Hisham Abu Hajer (of the Libyan “rebels,” in other words al-Qaeda), Pravda and other sources put the number at between 50,000 and 100,000. Tarpley estimated the number at 150,000, a staggering number for a population of just under six and half million people.

Arab League report

Relevant excepts from Report of the Head of the League of Arab States Observer Mission to Syria from December 24, 2011 to January 18, 2012 follow:
“The Mission determined that there is an armed entity that is not mentioned in the protocol. This development on the ground can undoubtedly be attributed to the excessive use of force by Syrian Government forces in response to protests that occurred before the deployment of the Mission demanding the fall of the regime. In some zones, this armed entity reacted by attacking Syrian security forces and citizens, causing the Government to respond with further violence. In the end, innocent citizens pay the price for those actions with life and limb.
In Homs, Idlib and Hama, the Observer Mission witnessed acts of violence being committed against Government forces and civilians that resulted in several deaths and injuries. Examples of those acts include the bombing of a civilian bus, killing eight persons and injuring others, including women and children, and the bombing of a train carrying diesel oil. In another incident in Homs, a police bus was blown up, killing two police officers. A fuel pipeline and some small bridges were also bombed.

The Mission noted that many parties falsely reported that explosions or violence had occurred in several locations. When the observers went to those locations, they found that those reports were unfounded.

The Mission also noted that, according to its teams in the field, the media exaggerated the nature of the incidents and the number of persons killed in incidents and protests in certain towns.
According to their latest reports and their briefings to the Head of the Mission on 17 January 2012 in preparation for this report, group team leaders witnessed peaceful demonstrations by both Government supporters and the opposition in several places. None of those demonstrations were disrupted, except for some minor clashes with the Mission and between loyalists and opposition. These have not resulted in fatalities since the last presentation before the Arab Ministerial Committee on the Situation in Syria at its meeting of 8 January 2012.

Some observers reneged on their duties and broke the oath they had taken. They made contact with officials from their countries and gave them exaggerated accounts of events. Those officials consequently developed a bleak and unfounded picture of the situation.

Arab and foreign audiences of certain media organizations have questioned the Mission’s credibility because those organizations use the media to distort the facts. It will be difficult to overcome this problem unless there is political and media support for the Mission and its mandate. It is only natural that some negative incidents should occur as it conducts its activities because such incidents occur as a matter of course in similar missions.

Recently, there have been incidents that could widen the gap and increase bitterness between the parties. These incidents can have grave consequences and lead to the loss of life and property. Such incidents include the bombing of buildings, trains carrying fuel, vehicles carrying diesel oil and explosions targeting the police, members of the media and fuel pipelines. Some of those attacks have been carried out by the Free Syrian Army and some by other armed opposition groups.

Since its establishment, attitudes towards the Mission have been characterized by insincerity or, more broadly speaking, a lack of seriousness. Before it began carrying out its mandate and even before its members had arrived, the Mission was the target of a vicious campaign directed against the League of Arab States and the Head of the Mission, a campaign that increased in intensity after the observers’ deployment. The Mission still lack the political and media support it needs in order to fulfill its mandate. Should its mandate be extended, the goals set out in the Protocol will not be achieved unless such support is provided and the Mission receives the backing it needs to ensure the success of the Arab solution.”

isis-israeli-secret-intelligence-serviceIsraeli Manufactured Terror Group

Snowden Data Confirms ISIS = Israeli Manufactured Terror Group: The former employee at US National Security Agency (NSA), Edward Snowden, has revealed that the British and American intelligence and the Mossad worked together to create the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Snowden said intelligence services of three countries created a terrorist organisation that is able to attract all extremists of the world to one place, using a strategy called “the hornet’s nest”.

NSA documents refer to recent implementation of the hornet’s nest to protect the Zionist entity by creating religious and Islamic slogans.
According to documents released by Snowden, “The only solution for the protection of the Jewish state “is to create an enemy near its borders”. (Gulf News, July 15, 2014) Let us be under no illusions, the Islamic State is a CIA-Mossad creation. It is an intelligence asset.

The incursion of IS brigades into Iraq in June was part of a carefully planned military-intelligence operation supported covertly by the US, NATO and Israel. In Syria, the ISIL is said to be part of “opposition” fighting government forces. The Israeli military is directly supporting the ISIL out of bases in the occupied Golan Heights…”

Who is Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi? From Al-Zarqawi to Al-Bagdahdi: “The Islamic State” is a CIA-Mossad-MI6 “Intelligence Asset” according to Global Research. Snowden: ISIS leader, Al-Baghdadi, is the product of three intelligence cooperation; U.S., Britain, and Israel

snowden-Middle-EastThe Hornet’s Nest

It has been known for some time behind the curtain that the best way to catch any type of protest element is to create an environment in which they will all gather together is a single place. This has been a theory used over centuries with much success.

Now Edward Snowden is revealing that this has been the strategy in the Middle East. Snowden, recently revealed that the British and American intelligence and the Mossad worked together to create the ex-EIIL or Islamic State Iraq and the Levant (Syria), according to Iranian news agency Farsnews. ‘

They have reported: “Snowden said the intelligence services of three countries, namely the United States, Britain and the Zionist entity have worked together to create a terrorist organization that is able to attract all the extremists of the world to a one place, using a strategy called “the hornet’s nest.”
“Documents of the National Security Agency U.S. evoke “the recent implementation of an old known as the” hornet’s nest British plan “to protect the Zionist entity, and creating a religion including Islamic slogans who reject any religion or faith. ”

“According to documents Snowden, “The only solution for the protection of” Jewish state “is to create an enemy near its borders, but to stand against the Islamic states who oppose his presence.”

“Leaks revealed that “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi took an intensive military training for a whole year in the hands of Mossad, besides courses in theology and master the art of speech.” This is the latest from the Middle East. This is being submitted for what it is worth.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson said he would not classify the terrorist organization as an Islamic ideology.

Honest Policy Change or Double Standard?

Obama aide: Don’t classify ISIL as Islamic group
A senior Obama administration official says the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Levant (ISIL) is not a religious ideology but a dangerous terrorist group that has to be dealt with militarily. In an interview with Fox News, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson said he would not classify the terrorist organization as an Islamic ideology.

He said that “ISIL is a terrorist organization that represents a serious potential threat to our homeland which [has] to be addressed militarily and through a whole of government approach.” Johnson said that “in places like Minneapolis, Boston, L.A., Chicago, Columbus, Ohio, the thing I hear from leaders in the Muslim community in this country is, ‘ISIL is attempting to hijack my religion. Our religion is about peace and brotherhood and ISIL is attempting to hijack that from us.’”

He added, “Most victims of ISIL are, in fact, Muslims.” “So it seems to me that to refer to ISIL as occupying any part of the Islamic theology is playing on a battlefield that they would like us to be on. I think that to call them some form of Islam gives the group more dignity than it deserves,” he stated.

Since late September, the US and some of its Arab allies have been carrying out airstrikes against ISIL inside Syria without any authorization from Damascus or a UN mandate. US warplanes have been conducting airstrikes against ISIL in Iraq since early August. Some Western states have also participated in some of the strikes in Iraq.
The US-led coalition has done little to stop the ISIL’s advances in Syria and Iraq.

Some analysts have criticized the US-led aerial military campaigns in Iraq and Syria, saying the strikes are meant to destroy the Arab countries’ infrastructures.

The US air strikes against ISIS militants in Syria

President announces in televised address that US will target Islamic State militants in Syria for the first time. Barack Obama announced an open-ended bombing campaign against Islamic State militants on Wednesday that will extend into Syria for the first time, despite acknowledging that the extremist group did not currently pose a direct threat to the US homeland.

In a markedly interventionist speech on the eve of the 13th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Obama announced an aggressive offensive to combat Isis, which has been responsible for the beheading of two American citizens in the past month and captured a swath of territory in northern parts of Iraq and Syria.

He compared the campaign to those waged against al-Qaida in Yemen and Somalia, where US drones, cruise missiles and special-operations raids have battered local affiliates, yet without notably improving the stability of either country nor dealing decisive blows to Islamic militants there.

Obama said the air strikes were a necessary counter-terrorism measure to prevent the group, also known as Isil, from becoming a future threat to the US and therefore did not require fresh congressional approval.
But he is expected to receive overwhelming congressional support for separate authorisation to provide military support to rival Syrian rebels, a vote that some Republicans fear could help boost Democratic chances in this November’s midterm elections by providing political support for his tough new foreign policy.

“We will conduct a systematic campaign of airstrikes against these terrorists,” said Obama. “I will not hesitate to take action against Isil in Syria, as well as Iraq,” he added. The speech came a year to the day of another TV address, when Obama declared his intention not to launch air strikes against the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad. Then, Obama said: “I’ve spent four-and-a-half years working to end wars, not to start them.”

A year on, Obama’s hand has been forced by the remarkable advance of Isis in Iraq and Syria. A more limited campaign of air strikes against Isis targets in Iraq has been portrayed as an attempt to defend US interests there. But the credibility of that definition has been stretched: the US military has so far launched 154 air strikes in Iraq and deployed more than 1,100 troops and “advisers” in ostensibly noncombat roles.

The main western-backed Syrian opposition group, the Syrian National Coalition, said on Thursday it welcomed Obama’s authorisation but also wanted to see Assad removed. “The Syrian Coalition … stands ready and willing to partner with the international community not only to defeat Isis but also rid the Syrian people of the tyranny of the Assad regime,” said its chief, Hadi Bahra.

How Muslims should respond?

Anyway, how Muslims around the world should respond to those western military adventurism and state terrorism in the Muslim countries especially in the Middle East region? We, Muslims should always remember that more than 1430 years ago, the God Almighty Allah warned in Al-Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 120: In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) till you follow their religion. Say: “Verily, the Guidance of Allâh (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism) that is the (only) Guidance. And if you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) were to follow their (Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge (i.e. the Qur’ân), then you would have against Allâh neither any Walî (protector or guardian) nor any helper.”

The US-led Imperialist regimes are trying to destroy the Muslim world from inside using western-created, financed, armed and trained ‘jihadists’ (that are contrary to Islamic principles) or to be exact ‘terrorists’ groups like Al-Qaeda, Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) or Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) and Islamic State (IS) Takfiris and so on. Those western-produced jihadists trigger conflicts that cause Muslims kill each others in the Muslim countries.

Islam is against terrorism and killing

In Islam, the right to life is an absolute value: Islam is against terrorism and killing!!
“By God (Allah SWT), he is not a true believer, from whose mischief his neighbors do not feel secure.” – Prophet Mohammed PBUH – (Hadith written by Bukhari and Muslim)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. “Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation (in legal punishment) of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidence, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!” – Al Qur’an, Surah Al-Maidah, Verse 32.
